Inspiration

“Golden Edge” was inspired by one of my favorite places in Laguna Beach—the northern tip of Heisler Park. There’s something about this spot, with its dramatic cliffs, swaying palms, and glowing pink sunsets, that feels otherworldly.

Whenever life feels heavy, I come back to this view. It never fails to remind me of the awe-inspiring beauty of the world—and the quiet peace that lives in moments of stillness and wonder. This painting is a reflection of that feeling: grounding, hopeful, and full of light.
