What is the shipping policy?
Original
Paintings
- Processing & Shipping: All original paintings are shipped within 5–10
business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on the
size of the parcel). Every painting is fully insured, and you will receive
a tracking number via email as soon as it ships. - Signature Requirement: To protect your investment, all orders valued over $800
require a signature upon delivery. - Domestic Shipping (US):
- Sizes up to 36x36": Shipping is FREE within the continental US.
- Oversized Art (36x48" and larger): A $250 white-glove courier surcharge applies
to ensure safe transport via specialized carriers. - Local Studio Pick-up: If you prefer to collect your painting in person,
free studio pick-up is available at my studio in Laguna Hills, CA.
Please contact me directly to coordinate. (Note: The $250 courier
surcharge is waived for local pick-ups). - International Shipping:
- I ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated
directly at checkout. - Oversized Art (36x48" and larger): Please contact me directly prior to purchase so I can
secure a custom international shipping quote for you. - Duties & Taxes:
Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the
sole responsibility of the buyer.
Paper
& Canvas Fine Art Prints
- Processing & Framing: Every fine art print is custom made to order with
great care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing (and
optional framing) before your artwork is handed to the carrier. - Tracking:
You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your prints are on
their way. - US Shipping:
- Rates:
Standard shipping is FREE within the continental US for print
orders over $150 (otherwise calculated at checkout). - Transit Times:
Standard shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days via USPS,
UPS, or FedEx. - International Shipping:
- Shipping costs and estimated transit times are
calculated directly at checkout based on your destination. - Duties & Taxes:
Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of
the buyer.
⚠️ Important Note for Collectors in Germany: My print
production partner is currently unable to ship directly to Germany. If you are
located in Germany and would like to purchase a paper or canvas fine art print,
please contact me directly prior to ordering so we can arrange an alternative
shipping route!
Shipping
FAQs & Damaged Mail
- Do you ship to PO Boxes? We cannot ship original paintings or large framed
prints to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout. - What if my order arrives damaged? While we take utmost care in packaging, accidents can
happen. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of both the
packaging and the damage, and contact me within 48 hours of
delivery so we can file an insurance claim and make it right for you.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please see "shipping policy" for more details.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Return Policy?
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your new artwork!
If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to
help you arrange a return.
- Return
Window: Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to
initiate a return. - Condition:
Artwork must be returned in perfect, pristine condition and in its
original packaging. - Return
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the
buyer. For original paintings, I highly recommend using a trackable
shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee
that I will receive your returned item. - Original
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual
cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your final
refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork or custom-framed print arrives damaged
during transit, please take photos of both the packaging and the damage, and
contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work directly with my production
partner to arrange a complimentary replacement for you as quickly as possible.
What is the Refund Policy?
- Processing:
After receiving the artwork back in my studio and verifying its
condition, your refund (minus original shipping costs) will be processed. - Credit:
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment within 3 business days.
